Smart Workforce provides an easy mechanism to allow customers to access their own unique portal where they can view their shortlisted applications, make notes and update applicant’s status and collaborate with other staff involved in the decision making process. This saves times and reduces errors by holding the information in once place. Each application includes the candidates psychometric assessments or video screening snapshots, resumes and cover letters, making it very easy to view all the information on the screen without needing to download or print documents.
Video Screening
Designed to provide an efficient pre-interview screening mechanism, Video Snapshot provides a short video recording from each shortlisted candidate answering role specific questions. This can give you a sense of the candidate and their potential fit prior to the expensive and time consuming task of formal interviews, potentially saving time and money through more thorough pre-screening of candidates at an earlier stage.
Assessments
Smart Workforce also provides the option of arranging Values and Behavioural Traits psychometric reports for each shortlisted candidate. These reports would normally cost hundreds of dollars per candidate, however with the Smart Workforce Essentials and Premier packages, we include this at no additional charge.
