Conflict Assessment

We begin by conducting a thorough assessment of the conflict situation. Our Consultants will gather information through interviews, surveys, and observations to gain a deep understanding of the underlying causes and dynamics of the conflict. This assessment helps us tailor our approach to best address your unique conflict challenges. Where helpful, we can support and deepen understanding of team dynamics through the use of Extended DISC profiling or through the use of our propriety Team Dynamics reporting and analysis.

Mediation and Facilitation

Where more immediate solutions are needed, our skilled mediators and facilitators work closely with all parties involved in the conflict to foster open dialogue and understanding. Through a neutral and unbiased approach, we create a safe space for individuals to express their concerns and interests. We facilitate constructive conversations, help identify common ground, and guide the development of mutually beneficial solutions.

Policy and Process Review

In some cases, conflicts may arise due to gaps or deficiencies in your organisation's policies or processes. Our Consultants can conduct a thorough review of your HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure they are robust, fair, and aligned with best practice. We provide recommendations for improvement to minimise the likelihood of conflicts in the future.

Conflict Resolution Training & Support

Prevention is key when it comes to managing workplace conflicts. We provide customised conflict resolution training programs to equip your employees and leaders with the skills and strategies needed to address and prevent conflicts proactively. Our interactive workshops focus on effective communication, active listening, negotiation, and building positive relationships. We are firm believers that conflict can be positive; it can be the backbone of innovation and problem solving if utilised effectively with adequate boundaries in place.
