Fitness for Work

Ensuring you have team members who are fit to work is a critical factor in both safety and employee wellbeing. We can work with you on specific cases to support you to engage with your absent team members and ensure that a fitness to work process is adopted. If you don’t have a fitness for work provider in place or currently have the use of an occupational rehabilitation provider, we can support you through this process via one of our partner companies.

Training and Education

We provide training sessions to leaders on effective attendance management techniques. This includes raising awareness of the impact of absenteeism, developing strategies for early intervention, and equipping them with the skills needed to address absenteeism-related issues proactively and constructively.
