Evaluation & Feedback

Our Consultants help you develop effective performance evaluation systems and processes. We guide you in creating performance appraisal forms, rating scales, and performance review cycles that suit your organisation's needs. We provide training and support to leaders to conduct fair and constructive performance evaluations. Our focus is on fostering open and honest feedback conversations that recognise achievements, identify areas for improvement, and promote growth.

Development & Coaching

In cases where employees are not meeting performance expectations, we can assist you in developing performance improvement plans (PIPs). Our Consultants work with leaders to identify the root causes of performance issues and develop targeted action plans to address them. We provide guidance on setting realistic performance improvement goals, defining necessary support and resources, and monitoring progress. Our goal is to help employees overcome challenges and reach their full potential. We recognise that employee development is a critical component of performance management. Our Consultants provide coaching and development support to leaders and employees. We help leaders develop coaching skills to provide ongoing guidance and support to their team members. We also assist employees in identifying their development needs and creating personalised development plans to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Analytics & Reporting

We help you leverage performance data to gain insights into workforce performance trends, identify areas of strength and improvement, and make informed decisions. Our Consultants assist in designing performance dashboards and reports that provide valuable information to leaders. We help you establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with your organisational goals, allowing you to track progress and measure the effectiveness of your performance management initiatives.
