Aboriginal Alcohol & Drug Service Inc. (AADS) - Executive Assistant
The Aboriginal Alcohol & Drug Service Inc. (AADS) is a not-for-profit organisation located in East Perth. We provide a holistic and culturally appropriate alcohol and substance misuse services for Aboriginal people living in the Perth metropolitan area.
We are currently seeking suitable applicants to fill the role of Executive Assistant. This role is a full-time role with the option of being part-time. This position works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Management and the Executive Team providing administration support.
Ideally the applicant should have a solid background in a similar senior administrative support role.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for:
- Providing secretarial and administration support to the CEO, Managers and Board of Management
- Providing administration support within the Business Service Team.
- Managing the motor vehicle fleet.
- Managing AADS Board of Management records.
Salary Package
- The salary and conditions will be in accordance with level 7.1 of the Aboriginal Communities and Organisations Western Australian Interim Award 2011.
- Plus superannuation guarantee.
- We are also able to offer salary packaging which is up to $30,000 gross up value or $16,040 net as a tax free component of your salary which significantly changes your expendable income.
- Successful applicants will be required to provide a current Federal Police Clearance and Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
