This position will be based in the growth communities of 'Ellenbrook Place' area in the City of Swan.
The role will require you to work as part of a small multi-disciplinary team to:
· Engage local communities
· Build professional relationships and networks
· Work with other stakeholders - including government, non-government and community
· Develop and attract services to the region
· Mobilise resources, and
· facilitate projects and events
Tertiary qualification in a relevant Human Services discipline as well as significant experience in Community Development or similar, and a current “C” class driver’s licence is essential.
