Our client is a community based, not for profit organization focused on health policy, planning, research and service delivery. With statewide responsibility from Minister level to regional consumer, our client performs a vital role in raising awareness and advocating for consumer rights.
The role of Executive Director requires a dynamic and politically astute leader to drive externally systemic and individual health outcomes, to influence State Health policy and to manage and build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. Internally, you will ensure the appropriate stewardship of the human, financial and informational resources of the organisation. You will build on the organisation’s existing strengths to identify and pursue future development opportunities.
Reporting to a supportive Board, you will require a deep knowledge of political process and possess strong networking and negotiation skills. As the public face of the organisation you will also require shrewd stakeholder engagement skills. Most importantly you will have a passion for ensuring the equitable delivery of health outcomes for the people of WA.
